Garrison Dental Solutions introduces two new, titanium-nitride coated, multi-function pluggers to pack, shape, carve, and burnish composite material. Titanium nitride, 40% harder than steel, is non-stick and prevents pullback of material during composite restorations. The double-ended convex pluggers are sized small/medium or medium/large, and include an acorn carver and ball burnisher for shaping occlusal contours. Handles are lightweight stainless steel with excellent ergonomics. This is one of seven new instruments being introduced for composite restorations. Available individually, or in kits.
