The Composi-Tight 3D™ Sectional Matrix System with Slick Bands™ is designed to create tight, anatomically accurate contacts on Class II restorations. The pre-contoured non-stick Slick Bands recreate the proper tooth anatomy without sticking to the composite while two styles of rings cre- ate the required tooth separation and band adaptation for a tight, natural contact.

Soft Face™ 3D-Ring
The orange Soft Face™ 3D-Ring will be the ring used in most circumstances because of its ease of placement and its ability to adapt to a wide variety of tooth anatomies while reducing flash and restoring proper contour.

Thin Tine G-Ring®
The thin tine G-Ring® (gray) is utilized in certain conditions where the shape of the dentition will not allow the contoured shape of the Soft Face™ 3D-Ring (orange) to grip tightly around the tooth, such as the distal of a canine. In this condition, the burnished ends of the thin tine G-Ring® will adapt and retain more effectively. The thin tine G-Ring® may also be preferred for malpositioned or predodontic applications.

SLICK BANDS™
Slick Bands are the first matrices to virtually eliminate the problem of difficult to remove matrix bands. Modern bonding agents do a fantastic job of bonding resins to tooth structure. Unfortunately, they also do a good job of bonding the matrix band to the restoration. Slick Bands', with a micro-thin coat- ing bonded to dead soft stainless steel, virtually eliminate this problem. With a 92% average reduction in adhesion, they're a breeze to remove. As an added bonus, the different colors make ordering easier too!
