As professionals, we are expected to be in control of all aspects of our lives inside and outside of the office. Aside from being a dentist, we have a plethora of roles that extend beyond our working day from dentist to partner to caregiver to parent/mediator, with many other things in between. We have many people counting on us. Through discussion, this seminar will enlighten the participant on ways to take care of the most important (and most overlooked) person in our lives: Ourselves.

Sheri B. Doniger, DDS, practices clinical dentistry in Lincolnwood, IL. Her book, “Practical Practice Solutions in Dentistry” focuses on building practice success. She has a lifetime of practice experience, from a dental assistant to dental hygienist to dentist. She has served as an educator in several dental and dental hygiene programs, has been a consultant for a major dental benefits company, speaks internationally on a myriad of topics, including work life balance, practice management, mentoring, practice longevity, infection control, and writes for several dental publications.
