April holds a BA in English with a minor in Social Studies and began her career in education with a passion for guiding and supporting young people. Although her professional path has shifted over time, April's mission has remained the same: to educate, empower, and uplift others. For the past 14 years, she has brought that same commitment to the dental field, supporting doctors, assistants, and hygienists through strong communication, reliable partnership, and shared goals. Her greatest passion lies in building relationships grounded in respect, loyalty, education, and a little bit of humor. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and traveling to visit their four children and grandchildren.

Stephanie brings over 25 years of experience in sales and customer service to her role, including 15 years in the Tool & Die industry. She has worked with Garrison as both an Account Executive and now as an Account Support Executive—a role she truly enjoys. Stephanie is passionate about caring for customers and supporting the sales team, and she takes pride in building strong, reliable relationships through responsiveness and dedication. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband Tim, their two fur babies Banner & Bailey, and family and friends. Her favorite role is being “Auntie,” and she also enjoys all things Christmas, Disney, retail therapy, and binge‑watching a great show.

Denisha “Dee” Marod is a Sales and Marketing graduate from Davenport University and has been a member of the Sales & Customer Service team at Garrison Dental for several years. She provides technical and educational support on dental products and represents the company over the phone and via zoom. She likes being a problem solver for her customers and thrives on establishing and building their trust and respect. Outside of work, Dee enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

With over 20 years of experience in dentistry, Jahida brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and business insight to her role at Garrison Dental Solutions. As an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and holder of a Business Management degree, she transitioned seamlessly into supporting dental professionals after years of hands-on experience using Garrison products in practice. Based in Colorado and working remotely, Jahida partners with doctors, dental assistants, and hygienists nationwide to help them find the right solutions and overcome product or technique challenges. She is also an active presence at dental conventions and educational events, staying closely connected to industry trends. Outside of work, Jahida enjoys baking, crafting, refinishing furniture, and traveling. She loves spending time with her family, including her two adult sons, and is always eager for her next adventure.

Kaylie Davis is an Inside Sales Account Executive based in Grand Rapids, MI. A proud graduate of Central Michigan University, she studied Public Relations and brings that communication‑driven mindset into every client interaction. With a background in sales and a naturally fun, positive attitude, Kaylie excels at building relationships and creating memorable customer experiences. Outside of work, you’ll almost always find her outdoors—whether she’s relaxing at the beach, hiking through Michigan’s trails, or camping with her husband, and their English Bulldog.

Lazon holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ferris State University. With a background in recruiting, he seamlessly transitioned into his Account Executive role at Garrison, leveraging his strong communication and problem-solving skills. Outside of work, Lazon enjoys spending time with his wife and son, often taking walks or he's tackling DIY projects around the house. Whether it’s creating an accent wall or building a homemade arcade machine, he embraces complex challenges with enthusiasm and craftsmanship.

Scott studied marketing at Muskegon Community College and has built his career in sales ever since. He is proud to be part of the Garrison Dental family and has a passion for making professionals’ lives easier by providing the best products available. Scott enjoys living in West Michigan, where he grew up spending summers fishing, catching turtles, and swimming—experiences that helped him appreciate all that Michigan has to offer.

Today, Scott, his wife, and their son continue to embrace the outdoors, taking advantage of the area’s lakes, rivers, national forests, and the beauty of the Upper Peninsula. He also loves spending quality time with his two grandchildren. In his free time, Scott enjoys camping, biking, boating, fishing, hunting, and riding his motorcycle.

Noelle was born and raised in the Philadelphia area in the country. She's mother of four lovely young adults. Noelle has spent years as a volunteer working at a therapeutic horse farm with amazing children and horses. She's also a certified yoga instructor. Loves of life are yoga, children, horses, and cooking.  A bit of a book and history junkie. Professionally, she has been in medical and technical sales for 20 years. She enjoys helping dentists create more beautiful smiles with Garrison.

Susan grew up in the Grand Haven, Michigan and now is a reside in Muskegon for over 20 years. Living on the Lakeshore is such a blessing. In her college days she studied Interior and Architectural design. Susan became a part of the Garrison team in 2008 where she started in production/shipping, then made her way over to the sales team in 2014. When she is not dedicating her time at Garrison, she is with her husband Doug, daughter Keiya and son Darren. Their adventures involve camping, hiking, fishing, rock hunting, riding quads and Silver Lake Sand Dunes. They are obsessed with the outdoors and all Michigan has to offer. Susan's favorite seasons are Spring, Summer and Fall.

Liz, a West Michigan native, now calls the Lakeshore home, where she lives with her fiancé and their two goofy corgi-cattle dogs. She studied Sciences & Arts in college and has been a valued part of the Garrison team for over 9 years. Outside of work, she loves being outdoors—on the water, at music festivals, or exploring scenic woodland trails.

Bruce is a graduate from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. His sales, marketing, and customer service background includes experience in the consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical, home healthcare and dental industries. He takes pride in being a valued resource to his customers and working with them to help improve patient care and outcomes. In his spare time, Bruce enjoys traveling, golf, watching sports and spending time with his wife Lynne, two children Christine and David, and friends.

With a BA in Biochemistry, Bonnie began her career in R&D before spending three years in clinical roles within the medical industry. For over 25 years, she has worked in corporate sales and midlevel management in the dental industry and has lectured at more than 300 events on preventive dentistry modalities and CAMBRA.

Throughout her career, her mission has been to support and educate patients, clients, and customers with up-to-date, science-backed information delivered with the utmost respect and professionalism. Outside of work, Bonnie's greatest passions are cooking, music, and dancing.

Peter has been in the healthcare industry for over two decades and has specialized in the enterprise space in the dental industry, fostering strategic partnerships, and introducing cutting-edge dental technology to help clinicians and the patients they serve. Passionate about customer success and innovation, he leverages years of experience to deliver tailored solutions that enhance dental practices. Outside of work, Peter enjoys playing and coaching hockey, golf, and working outdoors developing sustainable agriculture solutions.

Rich has been in the dental industry for 17 years. Prior to dental, he was a Regional Manager for Bank One. He enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, and time with his wife and four children.
