Return Policy
Only U.S. orders placed directly with Garrison will be considered for return eligibility using one of the methods detailed below. For any U.S. orders that were placed or fulfilled through a dealer, and any international orders placed with dealers, the customer will need to contact that dealer directly to see what return options may be available.
Six-Month Money-Back Guarantee
A customer in the US may return any direct purchase of Garrison product within six months of the date of purchase subject to the following conditions:
- The customer must notify Garrison and obtain return permission prior to shipping the product back.
- The customer assumes responsibility for any costs involved with shipping the product back to Garrison.
- The original shipping charge will not be refunded.
- All reusable/autoclavable components must be returned. Deductions from the amount refunded will be made for missing components such as separator rings, forceps and other instruments that are components of a kit and not returned.
- It is understood that single use disposable items such as matrix bands and wedges will be used during the trial period, and it is not possible to return those items. A full refund will be provided if the majority of the unused items are returned. For example, a wedge kit being returned must still contain some wedges. The return of the empty wedge kit box would not be subject to a refund.
- A refund of the product purchase price will be issued via the original payment method, or the customer may request credit on their account in lieu of cash back.
- If account credit was used for the original purchase, that amount is not subject to a cash refund. The original account credit amount less any appropriate deductions will be reissued as an account credit.
Returns between six months and one year of purchase date
A customer in the US may return any direct purchase of Garrison product within one year of the date of purchase subject to the following conditions:
- The customer must notify Garrison and obtain return permission prior to shipping the product back.
- Product must be unused and unopened.
- The customer assumes responsibility for any costs involved with shipping the product back to Garrison.
- The original shipping charge will not be refunded.
- A restocking charge of 25% of the original purchase price will be deducted from the refund.
- No cash refunds will be issued. The refund amount will be issued as Garrison account credit that may be used on future purchases.
- No returns of discontinued product will be allowed.
Returns for quality issues
Exceptions may be made to any of the returns policies for quality issues. Those exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
