Garrison products covered by this guarantee carry a risk-free six-month money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product, return the unused portion and we will issue a refund. Please call our office and speak to a representative for more details and to initiate a return.

1. LM Hand Instruments with ErgoSense Handles, Implant Mini Universal Curette, LM-Gengiva Gingival Retracting Kit, and casettes have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Garrison Product Warranty

Most Garrison products carry a 1-2 year product warranty to cover any manufacturing defects. We do not consider normal wear-and-tear as a manufacturing defect and each product warranty depends on the anticipated lifetime of the product. Please call our office and speak to a representative for more details.

Any products that are an exception to this product warranty will be listed out separately below.

1. LM Restorative Hand Instruments with ErgoSense Handles, Implant Mini Universal Curette, LM-Gengiva Gingival Retracting Kit, and casettes have a 6-month product warranty.
