(We’ll auto-create your Garrison account upon your first registration.)
- Get Your Course Access: Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. For live webinars, we’ll send you a join link for the scheduled broadcast. For paid hands-on courses, we’ll ship your materials kit well before the course date, and email you instructions for joining the live online workshop.

FAQs
Q: I can’t attend the live event – will it be recorded?
A: Garrison CE events are recorded. We will email a link to the recording one business day after the event to the people that are registered for the event. Be sure to register for events you are interested in even if you may not be able to attend live.
Q: How do I register multiple people from my office?
A: Event registration and continuing education credits are managed in our system by your email address. Each person that wishes to receive CE credit will need to have an individual registration.
Q: I’m not an AGD member, will I still get CE credit?
A: You do not need to be a member of the AGD to receive AGD PACE certified CE credits.
Q: Does my licensing board accept AGD PACE credits?
A: While we cannot say if any specific licensing board accepts AGD PACE credits, we can say that they are accepted in all 50 USA states and Canada. We encourage you to check with your jurisdiction.
Q: Is there a reduced rate for the live-streaming hands-on course if I already have all the materials?
A: The registration fee for these types of events is for the education and CE credits, not the materials.
Q: Is there a special rate if we would like our entire staff to participate in the live-streaming hands-on course?
A: If you have four or more people at your office that would like to participate in one of these special events, please contact webinar@garrisondental.com with the details.
Q: What type of CE credit (self-study, live lecture, participation) can I get with Garrison?
A: Garrison offers all of these types of CE events. Please check the ‘Details’ section for the specific course you are interested in. The specific type of CE is listed.
Q: How do I get my CE credit?
A: Immediately after the event you will be emailed a CE evaluation/quiz. Complete the form. When our system receives your completed evaluation/quiz form it will email you your CE Attendance Verification. The email IS your confirmation. Please save it for your records.
Q: Can I get the verification code from the event? I forgot to write it down.
A: The verification code is on the email you received that contained the link to the evaluation/quiz. Look for a proximately displayed code beginning with ‘WB’.
Q: I didn’t get the evaluation/quiz, what do I do?
A: It may be an issue with your email address being blocked or you have inadvertently unsubscribed from Garrison emails. You can not participate in Garrison CE activities if you unsubscribe as the system keeps track of your CE activities with your email address. Please contact us at webinar@garrisondental.com and we will resolve the block and/or unsubscribe.
Q: I filled out the quiz but didn’t get my certificate, what do I do?
A: It may take up to an hour for the system to send the certificate. If it has been longer than that, please contact us at webinar@garrisondental.com and we will investigate.
Q: How do I correct my name / license number on my CE certificate?
A: Please send the corrected information to webinar@garrisondental.com Be sure to include your full name, the corrected license number and the name of the event you are referring to.
Q: I didn’t register for the event. Can I still watch the recording?
A: Event recordings are only made available to people that register for the event. Be sure to register for events you are interested in even if you may not be able to attend the live session.
Q: Another person in my office watched the event with me, are they able to get CE credit?
A: We only issue CE credit to individuals that are pre-registered for each specific event.
Q: Can I get a reprint of my CE certificate?
A: Log into garrisondental.com using the same email address you have used to register for CE events. You will be able to view a transcript of your Garrison CE activity, complete any missed evaluations/quizzes, and reprint CE certificates. There may be a delay in seeing your transcript the first time you log into the website. If this is the case, please wait 24 hours then log in again. If the transcript is still not visible, contact us at webiar@garrisondental.com
