John Gammichia

Dr. John Gammichia is a 1995 graduate of the University College of Dentistry. He has been in private practice for almost 30 years, all in Orlando, FL. He is an international speaker that has a lecture titled "Holy $%&@!, I Didn't Know You Could Do that with Composite". He has written a bunch of articles but what you really need to know is that he absolutely loves what he does for a living. He loves doing composite restorations and wants you to love them too. He is married to his college sweetheart and has four kids. He is active in his church and is a marathon runner. And he will do anything and go anywhere to watch the Gators play.

A message from Dr. Gammichia: "The posterior composite is 80% of what we do everyday but no one is talking about it. Maybe the posterior composite just not sexy enough. Well, I want to "Bring Sexy Back" to the posterior composite. Sure, I love doing the bread and butter class I and II but I really love restoring that tooth that challenges me. The bigger the cavity... the better. The deeper the cavity...the better. And if it is deep and big....bring it on. This allows me to be a dentist, a scientist and an artist. It is hard to do but rewarding. It is conservative, it lasts, it is fun, and it is profitable."
