Beyond the Box: Mastering Class II Composite Restorations for EFDAs

This course provides Expanded Function Dental Auxiliaries (EFDAs) with a comprehensive review of Class II composite restorations, from preparation through final adjustment. Participants will explore matrix and wedge selection, isolation techniques, adhesive protocols, composite placement strategies, and methods for finishing, contouring, and evaluating occlusion. Through clinical examples, practical techniques, and troubleshooting tips, attendees will gain the knowledge and confidence to create predictable contacts, natural contours, and long-lasting restorative outcomes while improving efficiency in daily practice.
