This article is a case report of a direct composite restoration on a maxillary anterior tooth where the proximal contact and incised edge position were developed using the Fusion™ Anterior Matrix System.
The present case report describes the multidisciplinary treatment of a 25-year old male patient. A complex conservative rehabilitation of all the posterior regions was performed by means of adhesive composite restorations.
