A 23-year-old male presented with recurrent caries under an existing composite restoration on the distal of his lower left lateral incisor

Patient was referred to dental office to replace composite fillings with secondary caries in esthetic zone. It was decided to start the treatment with tooth 12 because of deepest caries lesion. After placing dental dam system, composite and caries were removed.

This article is a case report of a direct composite restoration on a maxillary anterior tooth where the proximal contact and incised edge position were developed using the Fusion™ Anterior Matrix System.
